In addition to peace and nature, there is also the possibility to enjoy various shops and restaurants in the nearby villages of Dedemsvaart, Linde, Zuidwolde and Balkbrug. There is a bus stop about 350 meters away with which it is possible to reach the stations of Zwolle, Ommen, Hoogeveen and Hardenberg. In both apartments you can admire works of art that vary regularly and are for sale.
